A lottery challenge took place on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 4, while the constants struggled to keep up with their plans over at the ranch.
To win "The Lottery" was to leave the ranch and go home for a week, with trainer in tow. The catch? That one person would represent the whole team.
The rest of which? Left trainer-less, and very possibly directionless.
That's the irony of the reward on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 4. They call came to get away from the real world. Are they ready to go back?
Add in the pressure of being the one person representin' ... tough.
Damien Woody, from the blue team, was the one selected, and trainer Jessie accompanied the two-time Super Bowl winner back to New Jersey.
His eye has been on the prize from the start. Can he keep it there?
Damien's wife and seven (!) kids are all proud of him, so that's got to help, while Jessie and he talk more about what led him to this epic journey.
It's still early in the season, but this man is a reason to watch The Biggest Loser online. Such drive, determination, and perhaps best of all, authenticity.
Back at the ranch, Dolvett and Jen start absolutely killing their squads, with the blue team struggling to amp themselves up and wondering about Woody.
Over at Bob's comeback canyon, Chandra loses seven pounds to Emmy's four, besting her competitor and making the most of this second chance.
At weigh-in time, 62 pounds are lost by the white team. Not bad.
The red team lost 47, while working on behalf of the blue team, Damien lost 14, needing only to drop 10 to ensure the whole team's safety this week.
So Dolvett's red team has to vote someone off. Who would it be?
No one ... because Mike volunteers to take one for the team. Pretty awesome move, and one that sets up a visit with Bob Harper and Emma next.
