The lovably awkward John Luke Robertson, eldest son of Duck Dynasty stars Willie and Korie Robertson, is engaged! To girlfriend Mary Kate McEacharn!
Yes, John Luke is old enough to do so, although certainly younger than most people who pop the question: Robertson proposed on his 19th birthday!
The youngster couldn't wait to share the happy news on Saturday.
"I am so excited to marry my best friend," John Luke says. "I know my parents married young as well, and they have always been examples of what 'could be' to me."
"Fast-forward 22 years and they are more in love than ever, and I hope Mary Kate and I are the same way in the years to come. God has truly blessed us."
The reality star and his bride-to-be also celebrated on Instagram.
McEacharn posted a photo on her account flashing her new bling as her fiance held up the sign reading "Future Mrs. Robertson" with an arrow pointing to her.
Rebecca Robertson, Willie and Korie's adopted foster daughter and eldest child, also posted a picture of herself and the future spouses, captioned:
"She said YES @missmarymcmcmc so excited to be your sister."
Sibling, co-star and Dancing With the Stars contestant Sadie Robertson, 17, came home to Louisiana to celebrate her brother's birthday this weekend.
Given how close those they are, it's great she was there for this.
On top of Rebecca, John Luke and Sadie, Willie and Korie Robertson also have another younger biological daughter, Bella, and an adopted son, Will.
