Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy, with their dashing rumba in honor of a deceased friend named BJ, tugged at a lot of heartstrings and earned them a solid 36.

Bethany Mota and Derek Hough put together a rumba to combat the fact that she was bullied as a 'tween, along with so many others, and earned 33.

Antonio Sabato, Jr. and Cheryl Burke honored his mom with a little Magic Mike action, which netted the soap star a middle of the pack tally of 29.

Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd performed a jive to Elvis Presley, proving that there is chain in the world that can bind this free spirit and scoring 28.

Michael Waltrip and Emma Slater began the night in danger, then paid tribute to the late Dale Earnhardt with a quickstep that left a lot to be desired. Score: 25.

Jonathan Bennett and Allison Holker are likely in trouble next week as the Mean Girls cast member turned in a routine that was more hip-hop than samba. Score: 24.
