Bethenny Frankel

Bethenny Frankel: Ordered to Stop Wearing Daughter's Jammies By Judge                                                              In a story that sounds like it's from The Onion but is actually true, a judge has ordered Bethenny Frankel to stop wearing her four-year-old daughter's pajamas.

Yes, this actually occurred.

The reality star, who is returning to The Real Housewives of New York City next season, appeared on court Thursday in her ongoing battle with Jason Hoppy.
The purpose of the court date was to determine the value of assets she and her former husband must divide to enable them to officially divorce.
She was told, over the course of the proceedings, by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer that exhibiting certain behavior is not advisable.
Gesmer had one direct message for Frankel's lawyer Allan Mayefsky, in reference to Bethenny wearing her daughter's clothes on Instagram:
“No more pajamas!”
Mayefsky explained that the Frankel's photo of herself in daughter Bryn's pajamas was meant to be a joke, but the judge was not laughing one bit.
“It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke,” Gesmer said, noting that like her actions when you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online, the photo is permanent.
Once it's on the web, forget it.
She and Hoppy recently struck a deal over custody, while a trial to split up Frankel’s $55 million fortune is expected to take place in the next few months.
Her talk show has been canceled, but Bravo Producers hope her return will help boost ratings for RHONYC, which fell to 1 million last season.
Can she do it? What does Jason have to say about that? All we can do is stay tuned (and check out some of the housewives before fame below) ...
