Josh and Anna Duggar Rally Conservative Voters, Decry Abortion on Instagram

The Duggar family, as you obviously know if you watch 19 Kids and Counting online or read any celebrity news for fun lately, are a conservative bunch.

In fact, Josh Duggar, the eldest of the 19 Kids and Counting, moved from Arkansas to Washington, D.C., to take a job lobbying for conservative causes.

To that end, here's Josh with wife Anna Duggar, looking to rally support ahead of Tuesday's crucial Election Day, by appealing to the pro-life community:

They make no secret of their political and religious views in the Duggar family, but often times, the manner in which they do so tends to spark controversy.

Such as when Jessa Duggar compared abortion to the Holocaust ... or when her fiance Ben Seewald's father subsequently likened Jessa's critics to Hitler.

Or now, to a degree, with Anna Duggar's Twitter account.

Anna is embarking on a Faith, Family, Freedom Tour with her husband, "to encourage voters to consider faith, family and freedom when casting their ballot on November 4th."

Naturally, she's exposing her followers to a whole lot of pro-life discussion in the process, especially after she re-tweeted a pointed political message:

"The Ultimate Act of Voter Suppression is Killing Voters Before They're Born."

This refers likely to the Democratic party criticism of Republican-supported voter ID laws, which advocates say reduces fraud, but critics argue is suppression.

Either way, November 4 is going to be a big day in the Duggar household, win or lose, with control of the U.S. Senate and many local and state races at stake.

"Yeah, she looks a little bit different, but in comparison to what?" Baker says in response to the Internet losing its mind at the fact that Renee Zellweger looks like this.

"I don't think it's that drastic, she looks like a 45-year-old healthy Renee Zellweger, she's not 35 anymore, she's had Botox probably," he adds, casually. 

At the same time, he doesn't think it's that big a change: "I don't look at that picture and say 'Who is that?' I look at that picture and I would say 'Oh that's Renee'."

"Obviously I've known her a long time, but nothing about that picture makes me go 'Oh my god, what has she done?' I think she looks like a beautiful 45-year-old woman."

"I think she looks younger than 45, 'cause she's always looked younger but I don't think she looks drastically younger and that some type of surgery has done that."

"I think it's people being hyper-critical."

While some might zero in on the fact that he mused about her Botox treatments, what he said after that is actually supportive and a very valid statemen.

Even if they do not mean it in a harsh way, people definitely are being hyper-critical by giving it this much attention. In that respect we are all guilty as charged.

Kate Middleton made her first public appearance in over two months today. The Duchess helped welcome the president of Singapore to Buckingham Palace.

Her recent appearance at an event to honor the President of Singapore was taken by many royal watchers as a sign that Kate's health is on the upswing.

Now it seems, however, that Kate may have simply caved in to pressure from the Queen to cease her bellyaching and get back to work.

Life & Style reports this week that Queen Elizabeth II "bullied" Kate into resuming her royal duties:

"The Queen has been unimpressed at the amount of official business Kate has missed out on," a source tells the tabloid. "She feels enough is enough, duty comes first, and it was time for Kate to step up to the plate."

We're assuming that last part is paraphrased and the Queen of England doesn't actually speak in baseball metaphors.

Of course, this isn't the first time Kate has clashed with the Queen, but insiders say tensions been higher than ever recently.

Apparently, part of the problem is that at 88 years old, the Queen still attends hundreds of official functions every year, and she's never suffered health problems of the type that have taken Kate out of commission:

"Elizabeth's pregnancies were easy compared to Kate's so she doesn't understand how badly Kate's been feeling," the source says. "She will always put work first and believes Kate should do the same."

As for the hopes that Kate is on the mend? "She has been feeling absolutely horrific," says the insider, adding that Prince William has been begging Kate to get more bed rest.

The onlooker adds, "She's very animated with her facial expressions ... she's not a stoic person." Just the same, "she runs that house like a military base."

"Yeah, [it's] husband-coached childbirth," added Jill, "so that he can know how to help me in labor and in pregnancy ... and that's what I want the most."

"[For] him to be able to know what to do when that comes."

The Arkansas natives grew up within 45 minutes of each other, but didn't meet until late 2011. Jill recalled when Derick stopped by while caroling with a church group, and not long after, "Derick contacted my dad and asked if he would be a prayer partner during his two-year term in Nepal."

Jill said they will "have a midwife at home" when she's ready, "and Derick will be my coach, as I like to say, so [he'll be] helping me through the process."

As a trained midwife herself, she should be well prepared.

Still, you can never be too prepared. According to the Bradley Method's official site, classes on the topic of delivering your baby generally last for 12 weeks

It's to teach both parents how to be involved in the process. No word if they'll also make Jana Duggar come over and do all the work in this case too.

Just kidding. But behind every joke is a little bit of truth.

Part of the Bradley Method involves relaxation and breathing techniques to help deal with pain instead of drugs or epidurals "unless absolutely necessary."

"If I'm going to have a voice I would like to start an open dialogue about prevention and awareness and how people in the world have been effected by HIV and AIDS.

"Hopefully, I could break down people's walls that have been built up around sexuality. I'm obviously not too embarrassed to talk about these things, especially with young people."

Gotta give Cyrus nothing but props here, don't you?

She even enabled Gwyneth Paltrow to be funny for a moment, as the gala’s co-host later took to the stage and remarked:
