The Good Wife Season 6 Episode 2 Recap: Hugging It Out

Cary Agos is a free man!!!!
For the time being, at least.
A good portion of The Good Wife Season 6 Episode 2 was dedicated to Alicia finding a way to meet Cary's $1.3 million bail.
The donation from that health club was shot down in court after it was made clear the owner has a connection to Lemond Bishop, while Alicia turned down an offer from a local businessman who clearly was after a quid pro quo if she ran for State's Attorney.
Finally, however, Alicia successfully used Cary's advice for a deposition that involved a class action suit against Chumhum, with that company putting up the cash and freeing Cary from prison.
He's out until his trial and he closed the episode by giving Alicia a hug in their office. Both noted: hey, this is the first time we've ever done this!
When not dealing with Cary, Alicia was doing all she could to tell Eli (and anyone else who will listen) that she is NOT running for State's Attorney. She even confronted Castro about this, thinking he put a poll in the field and leaked it to a newspaper.
But we (and Peter) later learn that Eli was behind the poll. (He was also behind Valerie Jarrett making an encouraging call to Alicia). He's doing everything he can to convince Alicia she should run.
The other key storyline of the hour centered on Diane. The partner at Florrick/Agos voted to bring her on board as a name partner (Cary voted against it) and we see that she isn't coming alone.
She talks another Lockhart/Gardner associate (played by Taye Diggs!) into coming along and he proceeds to bring six more department heads with him.
At this rate, Florrick/Agos Florrick, Agos and Lockhart will be able to actually afford all those renovations in the office. The office was quite the mess on this episode.
What did everyone think? Are you glad to see Cary out of jail? Are you as convinced as we are that Robin is crushing on Cary? And will Kalinda tell Bishop the name of his snitch?

Many questions. Many answered to be provided in the weeks ahead. For now, you can watch The Good Wife online via TV Fanatic if you need to catch up.
