On Twitter yesterday, Amber Rose confirmed that Wiz Khalifa has been cheating on her, hence her decision to file for divorce from her husband of 14 months.
But there's a silver lining to this unexpected split, legal documents state. Or a green lining, we should say.
The couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement, TMZ reports, one that is over eight pages long and that Rose wants the court to enforce. For an understandable reason:
It will award her with over $1 million.
California is a no-fault state - and there's no mention of infidelity in the agreement - so whether or not Khalifa slept with another woman isn’t relevant to Amber’s potential payday.
Sources close to Rose say she grew suspicious of this July when Khalifa kept shooting down her requests to join him on tour, coming up with illogical reasons why his wife should stay home.
The only conclusion Amber could draw? Her man is being unfaithful.
It remains unknown if Rose has actual hard evidence that Wiz was getting hard (you know what we mean, right?) with someone outside his marriage.
Nick Cannon, meanwhile, has strongly denied that he and Rose have been sleeping together. This is messy stuff, folks.
Rose is asking for full legal and physical custody of the couple’s one-year old son, with a judge set to decide his fate based on what he believes to be in the toddler’s best interests.
