The Voice Season 7 Episode 16 Recap: The Live Playoffs, Part II!

The Voice Season 7 Episode 16 saw The Live Playoffs continue, with 10 of the 20 surviving contestants giving it their all in hopes of making it to next week.
With the top 20 artists performing Monday and Tuesday, and results announced Wednesday night, the week will end with the field pared down to just 12.
Two artists from each of the four coaches' squads will advance from America's votes, and each coach will select one more to move on to the final dozen.
Make sense? Nice. The Voice Season 7 Episode 15 saw the first 10 aspiring stars perform for all the marbles. Now let's get down to the second group of 10!
Luke Wade - Let's Get It On (The Voice Playoffs)
Luke Wade delivers his own soulful take on Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On."
While Adam Levine and Blake Shelton's pupils sang Monday night, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell's teams took the stage Tuesday to vie for spots in the top 12.
Ryan Sill of Team Gwen kicked it off with One Republic's "I Lived." His teammate Bryana Salaz was next, singing 5 Seconds of Summer's' "Amnesia,"
Anita Antoinette took on Meghan Trainor's smash hit "All About That Bass," while Ricky Manning did his Ricky thing on Sam Smith's "Lay Me Down."
Taylor John Williams closed out the show with Stealers Wheel's "Stuck In The Middle With You." As for Team Pharrell? Elyhuh Rene was given Smith's "Latch."
Jean Kelley took on Brenda Russell's "Piano In The Dark," Luke Wade sang the Marvin Gaye hit "Let's Get It On," and DaNica Shirey sang Joni Mitchell's "Help Me."
Sugar Jones finished things off for her team with a rendition of the Aretha Franklin hit "Say A Little Prayer For You." So how did the singers all come off?
Wade had the audience roaring with his Marvin Gaye rendition, while Ricky wowed the coaches with his ability to command and control his vocal range.
Antoinette showed the coaches that her stage fright is a thing of the past, delivering a reggae-inspired performance that was among the night's liveliest.
Jones' take of the Queen of Soul was Blake's favorite effort of the night. Who knows how America's votes and the judges' picks will shake out tonight!
Taylor Brashears - Long Time Gone (The Voice Playoffs)
Taylor Brashears delivers her take on the country classic "Long Time Gone."
